HOW DOES IT WORK? It's simple. First review our standard "pricing" form, contact us if you have any questions, and then send us your filled out "Work Request" with your original photographs, slides (transparencies) or negatives, or other material (see our "shipping" instructions form). We will acknowlege via email, receipt of your items as soon as they are delivered, and we will provide you with a final quote at no charge for the work requested. If you are unable to send the original materials, a local scan of any images for restoration will suffice for the quote. A local scan is not recommended to serve as the source image for a restoration project. But as a last resort, a high quality scan may also acceptable - (please see "scanning instructions" if you choose this option). The size you request for the final print will dictate the appropriate resolution. Please contact us to discuss if you intend to provide a scan for us to work from. Your original media will not be modified or damaged in any way. It will be returned to you in its original condition. We'll provide a "proof" image by email or by web page for your approval prior to requesting payment. After payment is received, the final images will be burned to CD and printed with archival quality ink on the photographic paper of your choice. Should your copy of the project CD be lost or damaged, we will replace it for a nominal fee. If you should need additional prints from your project, we would be pleased to have you return to us for this work. We would use our archive copy of your project files to to produce the same extremely high quality image you originally saw and would expect to see for these images.
